仕事内容
Summary of Role:
The Operations Manager oversees the operations office staff, warehouse team, and driver team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
This role is for someone who is:
• Leadership-oriented, directive
• Passionate about streamlining and improving processes
• Business-minded
• Enjoys building relationships
Key Responsibilities:
• Warehouse team and driver management
o Scheduling, performance tracking, and hiring
o Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Manage the inbound and outbound operations coordinators
o Ensure accurate tracking of inbound shipments (e.g. freight containers), and coordinate with warehouse for receiving
o Ensure accuracy and timeliness of outbound shipments
o Oversee customer returns and claims processes
• Cross-department (general)
o Oversee and evolve inventory management processes
o Lead projects to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
o Routine reporting to senior management

応募資格
• Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
• Able to commute freely to office (Prefer person who has car and license)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) Japanese ability is a bonus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong decision-making, delegation and management ability
• Organized and reliable
• Proactive – always seeking improvement
