仕事内容
Supervise daily restaurant operations, support and train staff, ensure food quality and customer service standards, monitor cleanliness and food safety, assist with opening and closing duties, handle customer concerns, manage shift workflow, and support inventory control and daily reporting.
応募資格
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is required. The candidate must have leadership skills, be able to train and support team members, understand basic food safety and sanitation standards, and work calmly in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have good communication skills, be available for shift work including weekends and holidays, and be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Ramen Arashi is hiring Supervisor Candidates for our Alberta locations: Banff, Banff Express, and Canmore.
This position is for candidates who are interested in long-term employment and future management opportunities.
Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens are preferred, but candidates with valid work authorization in Canada may also apply.
Depending on staff accommodation availability and store needs, we may discuss work location flexibility between Banff, Banff Express, and Canmore.
Work location will be discussed based on the candidate’s preference, housing situation, transportation, and store needs. We will not decide the work location without discussion.
Tips are additional to the hourly wage. Future Manager compensation may be around $5,000 per month plus tips, depending on performance, responsibility level, leadership ability, and store needs.
