We are a food manufacturer and are looking for a dependable and well-organized Sales and Office Administrator to support sales operations, our online store, and general office administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate order processing, inventory tracking, customer support, and smooth office operations.

Sales and Office Administrator’s job duties include but not limited to:
• Enter and manage sales orders, invoices, credit memos, returns, and rebates
• Maintain sales documentation and update Excel tracking sheets
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate re-orders
• Provide administrative and email support to the sales team
• Assist with food shows, product samples, promotional materials, and customer registration forms (GS1)
• Calculate broker commissions
• Provide customer support for the online store, including pickups and delivery coordination
• Update inventory, lot numbers, BBDs, and apps in Shopify
• Prepare shipping documents and weekly order reports
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and maintain office organization
• Coordinate office supplies, service providers, invoices, and company vehicle records
• Support the Branch Manager with administrative and reporting tasks

応募資格
• Business-level fluency in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education preferred)
• Previous experience in sales support or office administration preferred
• ERP system experience is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Shopify experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work occasional overtime as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education preferred)
