Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our small friendly team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
-Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
-Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
-Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
-Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
-Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
-Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
-Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
