Proven experience in a dining environment, preferably with a focus on Japanese cuisine.

Extensive knowledge and passion for Japanese culture, cuisine, and beverage offerings.

Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is advantageous).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, exhibiting grace under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderate weights.
